REA MANGAT ROBLES

Daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Rex Robles, nee Theresa Mangat of Poblacion, Ibajay, Aklan, was born on Dec. 16, 1980 at Kalibo, Aklan.

A Certified Public Accountant, she graduated with honors at the University of San Agustin, Iloilo City. She was also a consistent honor student during the earlier years of her schooling.
