We wish to offer our most sincere condolences and sympathy for the passing of Ma. Teresa Mangat Robles (DOH REP/ NURSE III), one of our dearest colleagues and friends.
She was such a kind, and gentle soul. She would do anything to help someone in need. We will be missing her kindness, and smile. Our thoughts and prayers go out to Rex Robles and their children.
