Finished primary education at Ibajay Elem. School, 1938; secondary education at Ibajay Academy, 1946; obtained ETC HE from National Teacher’s College, 1949; BSE Inv. from Northwestern Visayan Colleges, 1965. Was an emergency teacher in Buruanga Elem. School, 1947-48; became a permanent teacher in Aquino Elem. School, 1949-50; transferred to Maloco Elem. School afterwards till 1954; moved to Ibajay Central School in 1955 till 1989. Married to Dr. Ranulfo S. Bartolo and have 5 children: Ranulfo Ferrucio Jr., Juscelino, Perlito, Cheryl, Cecile. Received Certificate of Merit for Outstanding Performance and Exemplary Leadership in the Field of Education particularly in the Implementation of Elementary Education Program, 1982-83; a Certificate of Merit for Outstanding Performance and Exemplary Leadership in Food Production, 1983-84; a certificate of Recognition in Active Participation in putting up Learning Resource Center; 1982-83; A Certificate of Recognition for Exemplary Leadership in Supporting the Project and making the LRC, one of the Outstanding Center in the Division of Aklan, 1986-87; District Art Coordinator,1982-88; Master Teacher I, 1986-88.
