Primary education at Ibajay Elementary School where she graduated as a valedictorian, 1932-39;
Secondary education at Ibajay Academy and graduated class salutatorian, 1939-45; obtained Elementary Teacher Certificate and BSE inverted from Northwestern Visayan Colleges; Masteral at Aklan College, Kalibo.
Elementary grade teacher 1949-69; Teacher in-charge 1969-70; Head teacher 1970-72; Principal I, 1972. Retired on September, 1986. After retirement she continued to teach at Melchor Memorial School, 1989-92; Kindergarten teacher at St. Peter Parochial School 1998-present.
Received Certificate of Merit - Division of Aklan Implementation of School Programs and Policies. Scroll of Honor and Distinctions from Biographical Researchers Society of the Philippines as one of the 3 outstanding Principal of Aklan, 1979-80. Certificate of Merit – Division of Aklan – YCAP program, 1982-83. Bronze Anahaw award, Girl Scouts of the Philippines, 1983. Certificate of Merit – Division of Aklan, Alay Tanim/PROFEM, 1983-84. Certificate of Merit – Division of Aklan, Green Revolution.
