She was before and after World War II teacher in Ibajay Aklan. Finished her secondary education at Capiz Provincial High School. A high school graduate, she right away started teaching in elementary level. Finished her Elem. Teacher’s Education at Aklan College, BSE Inv. Course in Northwestern College both in Kalibo.
Year 1930, she met Pedro M. Perealta, a teacher from Kalibo and they got married. Had five children: Adon Luis, retired Manila Policeman; Odelon, Seaman, (deceased); Nena P. Ardiente, a retired Teacher of Ibajay East; Rowena P. de la Cruz, Master II of Ibajay West (deceased); Adelia P. Erenea, also a Teacher .
Was a model and a demonstration teacher in Grade I of Ibajay Elem. School; District Athletic Coach Teacher of Volleyball and Softball for Girls; once a District Adult Education Coordinator. She was a family of teachers and her teachings will remain forever in the hearts and minds of her Ibajaynon pupils. She retired after more than 40 years of public service.
