Finished primary education at Aquino Elem. School; intermediate education at Ibajay Central School; secondary education at Northwestern Visayan Colleges; Obtained her ETC and BSE Inv. from Northwestern Visayan Colleges; MA in Teaching Elementary Agriculture from Banga State University.
Served the government for 42 years until her force retirement at the age of 65. Was an Elementary School Teacher for 30 years; a Head Teacher for 7 years and Principal I for 5 years.
Received a Certificate of Merit for Outstanding Performance and Exemplary Leadership; Green Revolution Awards
Married to Federico F. Franco and have a son: Federico C. Franco Jr. – BSCE and BSSE.
