Finished primary education at Ibajay Elementary School; secondary education at Ibajay Academy. Her Elementary Teacher’s Certificate from Iloilo City Colleges now University of Iloilo City.
Married to Flocerfino S. Briones and blessed with ten children, all professionals: Reba B. Concepcion – BSC major in Bus. Adm.; Ramon – Seaman; Rexel – BSC major in banking and finance; Roque – electrical engineer; Rico – BSC major in business management; Razel – Chemical engineer; Roy – Nautical (seaman); Rostum – Civil engineer; Reno – BSC major in accounting; Riza – Secretarial/Sanitary Science graduate.
After retiring as a public school teacher, she taught in private school as a kindergarten teacher. President of PTA, Ibajay Central School. Board member of AFPTCA. Vice president Senior Citizen Association of Ibajay. President of Ladies of Charity AIC Phil., Inc., Ibajay Unit. Barangay Kagawag, Poblacion, Ibajay.
